Launch of the LEEAN-CET Project to Support the Clean Energy Transition in Central and Southeast Europe
The implementation of the LEEAN-CET project (Local Energy and Environment Action Networks for Clean Energy Transition in Central and Southeast Europe) officially started on 1st of June, 2025. The initiative aims to strengthen the capacities of municipalities and regions in the field of climate and energy policies and to support the development and implementation of their clean energy transition plans.
As a hungarian project partner, IMRO-DDKK Nonprofit Ltd. (Nagykanizsa) plays a key role in providing professional support to Hungarian municipalities, organising training activities, and introducing energy management tools at the local level.
