International Cooperation to Popularize Renewable Energies

IMRO-DDKK Non-profit Ltd. hosted the workshop of the TREND project involving three countries (Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia) on 13 February 2015 in the Incubator House and Innovation Centre of Nagykanizsa.

The project is led by the University of Osijek, with IMRO-DDKK Nonprofit Ltd. participating as a project partner along with other organisations such as the South Transdanubian Regional Development Agency, the EUROPÉER Foundation, and the University of Maribor. The main goals of the project are to encourage local players to start grassroots initiatives regarding renewable energy and to provide training to help participants obtain a broad range of information on project management, technology, agriculture and environmentally friendly solutions. The project implementation will include the development of four e-learning modules, as well as the creation of a collection of energy efficiency “Best Practices”, which will contain the Incubator House and Innovation Centre of Nagykanizsa as one of the good examples – Róbert Musits Managing Director told us
