The Lower Austrian Climate Alliance Celebrates
The Lower Austria federal climate membership and the cooperation between the Brazilian FOIRN Association are 20 years old which operates in the middle of the Brazilian rain forest in the Rio Negro region. The event was greeted by the President of the Austrian Climate Association Peter Molnar and of the Lower Austrian Climate Alliance leader Petra Schön. “The rain forest and climate alliance” cooperation was represented by Almerinda Ramos, President of the FOIRN. In addition, many Austrian politicians and climate members attended the program.
The first event was a climate soccer match between adults and children. This was followed by a short program and after the participants remembered the events of the past 20 years. Hungary was represented by Benedek Miklós, climate representative and Robert Musits, the managing director of IMRO-DDKKK Nonprofit Ltd.
